One function of the Executive is to adhere to a set of criteria that we believe will help take the Federation forward with a unity we have not seen before.

Those who wish to align with the Executive must agree to these principles.

• Unity - The Federation is one. An attack upon one of us is an attack upon us all. The strengthening of one of us is the strengthening of us all. Glory upon one of us is glory to all of us. The advancement of the Federation is of greater concern than the advancement of ourselves. The advancement of the Federation is of greater concern than the advancement of our alliance.

• Honor - Our word is our bond. Our actions will not betray our bonds with have made with each other or with other pilots.

• Dedication - Our will cannot be broken. We will work harder, longer, and tougher than our adversaries so that the Federation will advance.

• Prosperity - We believe in strengthening ourselves and our friends, in peaceful coexistence with our neighbors.

• Humility - We are all flawed and make mistakes. We will not tear down the individuals and alliances of the Federation because they have made and will make mistakes. We understand that we each will make mistakes and will take all criticism with thoughtful understanding.

Disclaimers:

• unprovoked attacks, by any faction or persuasion, warrant a response from those aligned with the executive.

• provoked attacks, by any faction or persuasion, not in Federation cores will be judged by the executive, and voted upon, with the majority indicating whether a response is warranted or not. The executive is bound to the vote.

• provoked attacks, by Federation pilots, on Federation assets and pilots within Federation cores warrant a response from those aligned with the executive only if the attackers are known to be in alliances hostile to the Federation. In alliances not hostile to the Federation in general, the situation should be dealt with at alliance level, and not at Executive level. <- Fed v Fed is alliance based if provoked, unless the Fed is in an alliance that fights against the Federation during wars. War neutrals are not considered hostile until they are hostile to Feds in general.

• deaths from Federal legal infringements are not considered attacks. <- Faction bounties

• foelisting is considered grounds for provocation, as is telerobbing, ambush poking, stealing from alliance funds, bountying of any amount and using the EPS scanner to set a bounty. <- other ways of provoking people, in other words if you do these things you are on your own

• the Executive reserves the right to deny membership or expel those who have been hostile to the Federation in the past, or do not demonstrate the attributes listed in the agreement after signing it.<- If you have been anti-Fed, you won't be welcomed until you prove your loyalty. If you don't live up to the agreement, you will be out.

The strength of the Federation is built from its individuals. Many of these individuals have bonded together in alliances to support the Federation. The leaders of the following alliances have committed to the rebuilding of the Federation and are actively working together to get it done:

If you are not the member of an alliance who directly supports the Federation, but are committed to the Federation and the above principles, we want you as well. We understand the constraints and opportunities afforded by pilots in neutral alliances and we ask for your support as well.
