This the plan which will allow for cheap stockpiling of War Goods for the Federation war effort.

Prices will need updating, and buildings moved. Red Cell via Turtle Dude and the Essaa SB will be able to provide materials (heavily subsidised, if not free) to those who's building(s) need moving and are not able to foot the bill them selves.

Price List (INCL ATPs) ie each building has profits of 20K per tick, 9K of which are in ATPs rather than credits.

This is all based on 12 tick caps, with lvl 8 Production is a minimum.

We still need the following buildings:

The idea is to have 5 HWFs, 3 BWFs, 5 RFs, and 2 DACs in the area and all the supporting buildings. This chain does not take into account any additional materials that would be needed by SBs if any shipbuilding is done (not recommended... Nebul, Rashkan, and Waayan all currently have well developed shipyards).

Here are the production levels that each building will need to be. Preferably capacity will be high enough to take 12 ticks +50t spare.

1x Chemical Lab (level 10)
3x Asteroid Mines (level 7 or so in E. Betelgeuse)
1x Radiation Collector (level 7)
4x Plastics Factories (level 8)
5x Smelters (4x level 7, 1x level 8. Higher would be ok.)
3x Optics Research Centres (1x level 8, 2x level 9)
6x Electronics Factories (5x level 8, 1x level 9)
5x Handweapon Factories (5x level 8)
3x Battleweapon Factories (3x level 8)
5x Robot Factories (5x level 8)
2x Droid Assembly Complexes (2x level 8)

This provides small surpluses of each material, as well as 216 bots, 180 hws, 108 bws, and 40 droids daily (some of which will be sold to the planet). 6x level 8 NPs will be needed at least.

I would suggest working down the list and making sure that all the supporting buildings are upgraded before upgrading the end level buildings. There are currently additional temporary smelters. Eventually, after the other buildings are upgraded, these building slots will be used to make the final buildings needed.

Any additional building slots available should be posted below. Please post below as we know which buildings are at the correct level so we can track them and work together to get it finished.
