Non-Aggression Pact between AOL and RHA

A. Aggression

No member of AOL or RHA shall commit any act of aggression against the other alliance, including attacking pilots and buildings (even if bountied, both faction and private), raiding property, telerobbing, stripmining, economic sabotage and placing bounties. If an act of aggression should occur, the victim shall be compensated by the offender, or the offender's alliance.

For clarity: Bounty hunting is not allowed!


B. Faction War Exception

In times of faction war it is always permissible for members of either alliance to defend their own faction.


C. Declaration of NAP

Each party shall indicate in their respective alliance pages that the NAP is in effect.


D. Termination of NAP

If either party wishes to terminate the NAP, the other party shall be notified in advance by either personal correspondence between alliance leaders, or by posting a message in the Pardus Forums.
