After discussion elsewhere in the forum, and knowing that some alliance representatives probably cannot post in those areas I decided to put this here.
"We the undersigned alliances agree to forsake all bounty collecting, including Federation faction ones, on the fellow alliances listed here as adhering to these principles.
Should collection take place, then suitable reparations must be paid, at risk of being removed from this list. The responsibility for conveying the reparations falls to the offending party.
We agree to take this action to promote goodwill and a sense of unity, and to enhance the Federation's ability to wage war against our factional enemies."
